Instructions/Requirements

Visa Applicant(s) must appear before the Embassy on the following schedule, except Legal and Government declared holidays:

 

Acceptance: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 12noon

Passback: Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 4:30pm

NOTE :

(1)  Visa Fees (in Philippine Peso) are subject to change without prior notice.

(2) Visa Fees are non-refundable.

(3) Visa applications are subject to approval. The Embassy may require additional requirements when necessary.

 

Common Requirements :

- NBI or Police Clearance (for Filipino nationals)

- Resident ID /ACR I-Card (for Foreign nationals)

- Photocopy of the Passport (bio-page)

-2 passport size of recent photograph with white background

Request Letter from the development partners of Bangladesh Govt./Semi Govt. Project /office in Bangladesh addressed to the Embassy

-Original Copy of the work contract

-Copy of the Recommendation from Concerned Ministry/ERD/Govt. Organization and Copy of Agreement.

BUSINESS (B)Attend Business Meetings/Discussion/Proposal

-Copy of the invitation letter address to the Embassy and to the applicant and copy of their Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation), Trade License from the company/office in Bangladesh.

- Copy of the Signatory’s Passport/NID

-Copy of the Local Business Company/Employment Certificate.

Technical Support (EI)Supply of Services, Machineries, Installation, Telecommunications Etc.

-Copy of the Board of Investment letter (BOI) / BEPZA / concerned Ministry’s Recommendation letter in favor of the Visa Applicant

-Request Letter from the company/Office in Bangladesh addressed to Embassy

-Copy of the invitation letter and the copy of their Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation) from the company/Office in Bangladesh

EMPLOYMENT (E)(working in Bangladesh)

-Request Letter from the company/office in Bangladesh addressed to Embassy

-Original Copy of the work contract and appointment letter

-Certificate of Incorporation from the company/office in Bangladesh

-Copy of the Board of Investment(BOI)/BEPZA concerned Ministry in Bangladesh

DEPENDENT (TF)Wife and children or Bangladesh National

-Request letter from the sponsor address to the Embassy

-Copy of the Sponsor’s passport pages

-Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate

DEPENDENT (FE)Wife and children of different nationals working in Bangladesh.

-Request letter from the sponsor address to the Embassy

-Copy of the Sponsor’s passport  and valid Visa work permit and work contract

-Itinerary

TOURIST/Visit/Meeting (T)

-Request letter from the sponsor address to the Embassy

 -Roundtrip Air ticket, Hotel reservation and bank Certificate
